Cecilia Samaja, or “Ceci” as she is better known, has been selling real estate for over three decades in South Florida.  After attaining her real estate license in 1977, she has handled over 1200 in residential and commercial real estate transactions throughout Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.

Being fluent in English and Spanish, Ceci has helped people of all backgrounds fulfill their real estate needs and is a fixture among several community organizations including the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce, Children’s Miracle Network, Realtor® Association of Miami-Dade County and Master Brokers Forum.

Ceci's introduction to the real estate business was unique as she spent many hours reading business literature and contracts to her father, also a successful Realtor® despite being blind.  At the age of 18, her father tutored her to obtain her own license.  Now, after living in Coconut Grove and Coral Gables for most of her life, Ceci is widely considered a community leader and well-respected business person throughout South Florida.

Although she an avid real estate investor herself, the most rewarding part of her career has been finding the perfect property for each of her clients!
